This all-inclusive experience brings together the flavors, sounds, and spirit of a true island Christmas — a night filled with warmth, rhythm, and effortless good vibes, featuring Spiribam’s Chairman’s Reserve, the bold Caribbean rum adding authentic island flavor to every sip.

This month, we are honored to partner with IamCaribbeing, a cultural powerhouse celebrating and elevating Caribbean creativity, and Spiribam, the vibrant rum brand bringing the bold flavors and spirit of the islands to life. Together, they amplify the richness of Caribbean culture — from art and storytelling to taste and celebration.

Dining & Ticket Policy
At Alla Supper Club, we strive to deliver an authentic and curated dining experience. Please note:
We do not accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies beyond shellfish, which may be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
All guests dine at their own risk.
We do not offer substitutions or menu modifications.
Your understanding ensures we maintain the integrity of our tasting experience.
Supper Club Cancellation & Refund Policy
At alla, we put a great deal of care and preparation into each dining experience. Because of the nature of our events, all ticket sales are considered final.
Final Sale
All reservations and ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Once a booking is made, we immediately allocate ingredients, staff, and seating in preparation for your experience.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you are unable to attend for any reason (including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies), we cannot issue a refund.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will also forfeit their ticket(s) without refund or credit.
Transfers & Name Changes
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance with their name and contact information so we can update the guest list.
Why This Policy Exists
Our supper club operates with limited seating and pre-purchased ingredients. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows directly impact our ability to host these intimate experiences. This policy ensures we can continue to provide high-quality dining events for our community.
